Flow and Genomic Cytometry

The Flow and Genomic Cytometry Core Facility provides comprehensive services and assistance in multi-parameter flow cytometry, FACS, single-cell genomic and transcriptomic analysis for both internal and external users. These services are supported by dedicated facility managers.

The facility provides technical and scientific services and assistance in multi-parameter flow cytometry analysis, FACS (fluorescence activated cell sorting).

In addition to a fully supported service for the generation of HT sequencing libraries for single-cell genomic and transcriptomic experiments, we also offer technical and scientific advice for the planning of single-cell analysis projects.

Genomics Equipment

10x Genomics Chromium Controller – this allows generation of single cell genomic and transcriptomic data (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, etc.) from up to 10,000 cells and from multiple samples in parallel.

Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 – for analysis, quantification and QC of nucleic acids and proteins. This instrument is available both as part of the single-cell analysis workflow and for other projects.
